Summer is behind us, but the garden is still producing as the temperatures are still high. However, is this going to be one of the last pickings of the garden? Not sure yet, time will tell.
I've already started converting some of the garden beds to fall and winter crops.
This cabbage was transplanted from starts we bought at the store, seems to be doing pretty good, only one or two of the transplants did not make it. I've also planted some from seed, but I'm waiting for them to get a little bit bigger before I weed all the way around.
I converted half of the sweet pepper beds to broccoli. I'm hoping it will grow just fine. I'm just not sure if I'm supposed to support it or not. We'll figure it out in time.
